Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SNRPD3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SNRPD3 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher SNRPD3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNRPD3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD, BLCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where SNRPD3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
