SNRPD3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNRPD3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,411 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNRPD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANAPC1, ADNP, and GTF3C2. Each is linked with SNRPD3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRPD3-to-partner and partner-to-SNRPD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNRPD3 versus ANAPC1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNRPD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNRPD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
