SNRPD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNRPD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,183 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNRPD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FEN1, RFC4, and RPL12_S38. Each is linked with SNRPD1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRPD1-to-partner and partner-to-SNRPD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNRPD1 versus FEN1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNRPD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNRPD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
