The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher SNRPC Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNRPC expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC are the cancer types where SNRPC Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
