SNRPC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNRPC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,327 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNRPC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RRM2, RRP36_S73, and MCM2. Each is linked with SNRPC in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRPC-to-partner and partner-to-SNRPC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNRPC versus RRM2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNRPC→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNRPC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
