SNRPC

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNRPC protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 31,395 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNRPC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBM14, MPHOSPH10, and SRSF7. Each is linked with SNRPC in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRPC-to-partner and partner-to-SNRPC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNRPC versus RBM14 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNRPC→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNRPC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
