SNRPC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNRPC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNRPC-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6851, OR4F21, and RNU6-198P. Each is linked with SNRPC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRPC-to-partner and partner-to-SNRPC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6851 grouped by SNRPC-low versus SNRPC-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNRPC→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNRPC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
