Across TCGA cell cohorts, SNRPC RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,528 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SNRPC-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein peptidyl-prolyl isomerization, DNA replication initiation, and Double-strand break repair via break-induced replication. Each is linked with SNRPC in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRPC-to-partner and partner-to-SNRPC results are reported.
