Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SNRPB2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SNRPB2 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher SNRPB2 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNRPB2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as COAD and LSCC show a favorable association.

COAD, HNSC, and LSCC are the cancer types where SNRPB2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
