SNRPB2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNRPB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,476 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNRPB2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PCNA, XRN2, and TRMT6. Each is linked with SNRPB2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRPB2-to-partner and partner-to-SNRPB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNRPB2 versus PCNA in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNRPB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNRPB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
