SNRPB2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNRPB2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,735 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNRPB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSPD1, CCT3, and MGME1. Each is linked with SNRPB2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRPB2-to-partner and partner-to-SNRPB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNRPB2 versus HSPD1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNRPB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNRPB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
