SNRPA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNRPA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 66 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNRPA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC00709, IQCF6, and E2F6P1. Each is linked with SNRPA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRPA1-to-partner and partner-to-SNRPA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC00709 grouped by SNRPA1-low versus SNRPA1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNRPA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNRPA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
