SNRPA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNRPA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,110 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNRPA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LIG1, MRTO4, and RFC2. Each is linked with SNRPA in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRPA-to-partner and partner-to-SNRPA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNRPA versus LIG1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNRPA→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNRPA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
