Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNRPA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 174 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNRPA-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLF1, RNU6-1205P, and RNU6-763P. Each is linked with SNRPA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRPA-to-partner and partner-to-SNRPA results are reported.
