SNRPA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SNRPA RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,972 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNRPA-associated genes across cancer lineages are SSRP1, RUVBL2, and FBL. Each is linked with SNRPA in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRPA-to-partner and partner-to-SNRPA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNRPA versus SSRP1 in SKIN, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNRPA→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNRPA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
