Across TCGA cell cohorts, SNRPA RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,574 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNRPA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication initiation, Positive regulation of nuclear cell cycle DNA replication, and Lagging strand elongation. Each is linked with SNRPA in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRPA-to-partner and partner-to-SNRPA results are reported.
