Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNRNP40 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,229 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNRNP40-associated proteins across cancer lineages are YTHDF2, PPP1R8, and TAF12. Each is linked with SNRNP40 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRNP40-to-partner and partner-to-SNRNP40 results are reported.
