SNRNP40

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNRNP40 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,126 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNRNP40-associated genes across cancer lineages are HEATR1, NAA25, and RFC5. Each is linked with SNRNP40 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRNP40-to-partner and partner-to-SNRNP40 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNRNP40 versus HEATR1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNRNP40→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNRNP40) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
