Across TCGA cell cohorts, SNRNP40 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,541 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNRNP40-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication checkpoint signaling, Positive regulation of cell cycle process, and Spindle elongation. Each is linked with SNRNP40 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRNP40-to-partner and partner-to-SNRNP40 results are reported.
