SNRNP35

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNRNP35 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,961 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNRNP35-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PBRM1, SART3, and SETD1B. Each is linked with SNRNP35 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRNP35-to-partner and partner-to-SNRNP35 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNRNP35→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNRNP35) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
