SNRNP35

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SNRNP35 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,371 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNRNP35-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Co-transcriptional RNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway, Regulation of viral budding via host ESCRT complex, and Positive regulation of viral budding via host ESCRT complex. Each is linked with SNRNP35 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRNP35-to-partner and partner-to-SNRNP35 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNRNP35→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNRNP35) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
