Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNRNP27 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,762 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNRNP27-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POGK, PRRC2A, and SLC4A1AP. Each is linked with SNRNP27 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRNP27-to-partner and partner-to-SNRNP27 results are reported.
