SNRNP27

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNRNP27 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,174 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNRNP27-associated genes across cancer lineages are TADA1, CEP192, and KNTC1. Each is linked with SNRNP27 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRNP27-to-partner and partner-to-SNRNP27 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNRNP27 versus TADA1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNRNP27→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNRNP27) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
