Across TCGA cell cohorts, SNRNP27 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,584 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNRNP27-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Purine deoxyribonucleoside monophosphate biosynthetic process, DAMP biosynthetic process, and Regulation of DNA damage checkpoint. Each is linked with SNRNP27 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRNP27-to-partner and partner-to-SNRNP27 results are reported.
