Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNRNP25 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,279 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SNRNP25-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC6A14, CDH23, and SHROOM2. Each is linked with SNRNP25 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRNP25-to-partner and partner-to-SNRNP25 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNRNP25 versus SLC6A14 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNRNP25→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNRNP25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
