Across TCGA cell cohorts, SNRNP25 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,020 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNRNP25-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLR3K, CCNF, and TEDC2. Each is linked with SNRNP25 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRNP25-to-partner and partner-to-SNRNP25 results are reported.
