Across TCGA cell cohorts, SNRNP25 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,158 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNRNP25-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular response to topologically incorrect protein, DNA replication-dependent chromatin assembly, and DNA replication checkpoint signaling. Each is linked with SNRNP25 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRNP25-to-partner and partner-to-SNRNP25 results are reported.
