SNRNP200

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNRNP200 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,460 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNRNP200-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ADNP, NONO, and TPR. Each is linked with SNRNP200 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRNP200-to-partner and partner-to-SNRNP200 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNRNP200 versus ADNP in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNRNP200→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNRNP200) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
