SNRNP200

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNRNP200 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,593 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNRNP200-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM97, C1orf112, and KIF14. Each is linked with SNRNP200 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRNP200-to-partner and partner-to-SNRNP200 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNRNP200 versus TMEM97 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNRNP200→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNRNP200) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
