SNRNP200

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SNRNP200 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,652 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNRNP200-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERCC3, CNNM3, and CIAO1. Each is linked with SNRNP200 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRNP200-to-partner and partner-to-SNRNP200 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNRNP200 versus ERCC3 in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNRNP200→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNRNP200) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
