Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SNRK Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SNRK data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher SNRK Mutation is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNRK expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, SKCM, and COAD are the cancer types where SNRK Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
