SNRK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNRK RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,176 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNRK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NID2, PDGFRB, and PPM1F. Each is linked with SNRK in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRK-to-partner and partner-to-SNRK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNRK versus NID2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNRK→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNRK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
