Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNRK protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,020 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNRK-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLDN5, PPP1R16B, and ASPA. Each is linked with SNRK in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRK-to-partner and partner-to-SNRK results are reported.
