Across TCGA cell cohorts, SNRK RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,103 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNRK-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytosolic transport, Positive regulation of organelle assembly, and Phosphatidylinositol metabolic process. Each is linked with SNRK in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRK-to-partner and partner-to-SNRK results are reported.
