SNPH

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNPH RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,288 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNPH-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEPTIN4, SNPH_S204, and STXBP1. Each is linked with SNPH in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNPH-to-partner and partner-to-SNPH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNPH versus SEPTIN4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNPH→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNPH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
