Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNPH mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNPH-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, ERK2, and GAPDH. Each is linked with SNPH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNPH-to-partner and partner-to-SNPH results are reported.
