Across TCGA cell cohorts, SNPH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNPH-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADAM2, OR11G2, and SCRT2. Each is linked with SNPH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNPH-to-partner and partner-to-SNPH results are reported.
