SNORD60

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNORD60 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,161 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNORD60-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are tRNA aminoacylation for mitochondrial protein translation, Obsolete nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, exonucleolytic, 3'-5', and Protein maturation by [4Fe-4S] cluster transfer. Each is linked with SNORD60 in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNORD60-to-partner and partner-to-SNORD60 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNORD60→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNORD60) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
