Q-omics provides the consensus-scored SNORD59A profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. SNORD59A expression is associated with patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in BLCA. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, SNORD59A is differentially expressed in 4, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Additionally, SNORD59A RNA expression shows 16,022 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in UVM. Together, these results highlight BLCA, BRCA, and UVM as cancer lineages where SNORD59A shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
