SNORD46

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNORD46 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,048 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNORD46-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NUP155, NUP85, and RRP1B. Each is linked with SNORD46 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNORD46-to-partner and partner-to-SNORD46 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNORD46→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNORD46) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
