SNORD38A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNORD38A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,130 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNORD38A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-lysine monomethylation, Negative regulation of mRNA processing, and Regulation of DNA-directed DNA polymerase activity. Each is linked with SNORD38A in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNORD38A-to-partner and partner-to-SNORD38A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNORD38A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNORD38A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
