SNORD36C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNORD36C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,948 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNORD36C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of DNA-directed DNA polymerase activity, Nuclear RNA surveillance, and Ribosomal large subunit biogenesis. Each is linked with SNORD36C in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNORD36C-to-partner and partner-to-SNORD36C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNORD36C→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNORD36C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
