SNORD13D

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNORD13D RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,888 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNORD13D-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of canonical Wnt signaling pathway, Cellular response to unfolded protein, and Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, deadenylation-dependent decay. Each is linked with SNORD13D in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNORD13D-to-partner and partner-to-SNORD13D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of canonical Wnt signaling pathway grouped by SNORD13D-low versus SNORD13D-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNORD13D→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNORD13D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
