Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SNORD115-4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SNORD115-4 data layer compared with 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher SNORD115-4 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNORD115-4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

STAD, COAD, and OV are the cancer types where SNORD115-4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
