SNORC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNORC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,484 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNORC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CEBPZ, DDX52, and PLEKHO2_S390. Each is linked with SNORC in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNORC-to-partner and partner-to-SNORC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNORC versus CEBPZ in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNORC→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNORC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
