Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNORA74C-1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,355 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SNORA74C-1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of RNA splicing, Nucleotide-excision repair, and Protein methylation. Each is linked with SNORA74C-1 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNORA74C-1-to-partner and partner-to-SNORA74C-1 results are reported.
