The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher SNORA71B RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNORA71B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as READ and HNSC show a favorable association.
