Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SNORA59B RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SNORA59B data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher SNORA59B RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNORA59B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and BRCA show a favorable association.

UCEC, READ, and BRCA are the cancer types where SNORA59B RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
