Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SNORA53 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SNORA53 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher SNORA53 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNORA53 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LIHC and UCS show a favorable association.

LIHC, KIRC, and LGG are the cancer types where SNORA53 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
