Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNORA47 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,853 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNORA47-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NRBF2, NFIA, and SETMAR. Each is linked with SNORA47 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNORA47-to-partner and partner-to-SNORA47 results are reported.
